For those of you that have followed my journey here know that I have had a lot of personal things going on lately with my family, so when Mesquite Convention and Visitors Center offered to partner with us on a weekend getaway, I jumped at the opportunity to learn more about what my hometown has to offer. Last week I posted about City Lake Park, but that was not where my families weekend getaway started. We first checked into the Hampton Inn & Suites the night before.
Hampton Inn & Suites is connected with the Mesquite Convention Center and next door the Mesquite Championship Rodeo. Located on a hill overlooking 635, Hampton Inn & Suites is located close to everything Mesquite has to offer.
Our Review of the Hampton Inn & Suites
Our 2 Double Bed Room At The Hampton Inn & Suites
After arriving and checking out our room, I was pleasantly surprised! Not only did management leave us a fruit and cheese dish when we arrived, but the room was perfect. Rhyan loved creating one of my favorite shot clips for our instagram stories. The beds were very comfortable to the point that I did not want to get up in the morning to head back home to fix my mom breakfast and coffee.
Hampton Inn & Suite Amenities.
With a business office, pool, and fitness room; Hampton Inn & Suites will fit anyone’s lifestyle. If you are wanting to make it a Staycation or a romantic weekend getaway, the hotel also has everything you need plus lots of businesses nearby to really make your stay here memorable.
What is Close To The Hampton Inn & Suites?
With the Hampton being in close proximity to 635 near the heart of Mesquite Texas, you have a lot of options for entertainment, but only being 15 minutes to Dallas, you have all of that nightlife. Staying Local, you have the Convention Center and The Mesquite Championship Rodeo. We are not known as the Rodeo Capital for nothing!
You can also head in to downtown Mesquite to visit our local small business area including Bear Cave Coffee. Every 2nd and 4th weekend we also have the Artisan Market. I will be featuring everything from Downtown Mesquite in the next post, so be on the lookout for that.
