Disney Daydreaming | Golden Oak at Walt Disney World

Its time for a little Disney Daydreaming again here at Odysseys With Love. Golden Oak at Walt Disney World has been a dream of ours for a while now and with the Mega Millions reaching 970 Million for the drawing tonight, I wanted to share a little bit of information that I have uncovered lately about the Happiest Place On Earth and living there.

In the past, I have shared some information about different things in regards to Disney and Golden Oak at Walt Disney World, and with me Daydreaming again, knowing (Power of Attraction) I am going to win the Mega Millions Lottery, why not share my wealth of knowledge I have learned. From Golden Oak to the Four Seasons Residences, there is something here for everyone to learn.

What is Golden Oak at Walt Disney World?

“Welcome to a world embraced by luxury, privacy, and the Magic of Disney. This magnificent resort community offers first-ever who ownership of custom single-family homes at Walt Disney World Resort.”

The above quote is from Golden Oak at Walt Disney World’s website. I have to say it really is a luxury and private community, as not many of the residents are talking about living on Walt Disney Worlds property. That’s right, Golden Oak at Walt Disney World is on DISNEY PROPERTY! These homeowners have purchased land and homes that were Owned by Walt Disney himself! Disney still has a heavy hand in everything going on at Golden Oak and offers a lot of amenities to their residents. These homes start at two million dollars and go up to 10 million.

Disney has advertised this community to an elite community, but does not mean that Disney Fans like myself have not heard of this community.

What Are Some Of the Amenities at Golden Oak at Walt Disney World?

This is the first question that I raised. Since Golden Oak is 980 acres in size and offers many different neighborhoods including the Four Seasons Orlando Private Residences, what did Golden Oak Offer to their homeowners. This called for a little detective work. Not really, I was able to view their Club Life Brochure and find out exactly what Golden Oak offers.

But First! What is the price of living at Golden Oak? Not only does the homes have a hefty price tag, but there are fee’s associated with living at Golden Oak. From what I have been able to uncover, Golden Oak’s HOA dues are around $25,000 yearly. So what is included with this?

“Nothing can compare to living the magic – and membership in the Golden Oak Club is one of the fantastic reasons why.

That’s because the Club is about having friends in fun places. Count on the Club for premier Disney-designed experiences and services at Golden Oak, Walt Disney World Resort and beyond.”

A little bit from the beginning of the Club Life Brochure. You can head over to Golden Oaks Website to view the brochure HERE.
